The nature reserve around Lake Greifensee is home to many rare animals and plants, while those seeking relaxation can enjoy the unspoilt shores. We have been committed to this coexistence of man and nature on Lake Greifensee since 1997: We realise projects in environmental education, nature conservation and recreation so that the lake remains attractive for people and the protected areas are maintained and preserved. We run the Silberweide nature station, the ranger service and the junior ranger programme.
