The association Oase, Wohn- und Arbeitsbegleitung is based in Chur and is run as a charitable non-profit organisation with a cantonal operating licence from the Department of Economic and Social Affairs. We offer living and working support for adults with disabilities who live independently outside of residential homes and work in the primary labour market. The aim of the residential and work counselling service is to maximise independence and self-determination as well as the integration of people with disabilities into society.
