ROKPA has been helping people in need in Nepal, Zimbabwe and South Africa in the areas of education, medicine and nutrition/livelihoods since 1980. Among other things, ROKPA runs a children's home and a hotel management school in Nepal, a soup kitchen and a horticultural project in South Africa as well as a day care centre for disabled children and two medical centres in Zimbabwe. A lean organisation and the cooperation of numerous volunteers all over the world enable donations to be put to optimum use.
