Operation Rescue is a non-profit organisation from Switzerland, founded in 2000, which is active in Ethiopia, Brazil, Mozambique and India. Its work focuses on children and young people living in extreme material and social poverty: in eight day centres and orphanages, they receive hot meals, medical care, extra tuition and care from qualified staff, as well as the opportunity to experience carefree moments through sport and play, with the aim of enabling them to fulfil their potential and become independent, responsible adults who make a positive contribution to their society - Operation Rescue not only works in day centres, but also supports families from the entire neighbourhood. We accompany our young people until they have an education and/or a job.
